How long does a typical job take?
Most detached-home soft-wash visits take a full day. Townhouse strata can take several days depending on the building count. Driveway-only visits are typically a half-day, gutter-only the same. We give you a realistic time estimate at the quote so you can plan around it.

Do you bring your own water?
We use your outdoor tap by default. Soft washing and measured-pace pressure cleaning work fine on residential supply. If your home does not have outdoor water access we can bring a tank truck, with a small surcharge.

Is the service offered in Mandarin?
Yes. Estimates, on-site walkthroughs, invoices and follow-ups can all happen in Mandarin if you prefer. Our technicians switch between English and 中文 as needed, and a good share of our work is handled in Chinese.

Are you insured?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and WorkSafeBC coverage. We can email you the certificates before the visit if your strata or commercial owner requires them.

What seasons are best for pressure washing in Greater Vancouver?
March through October is the prime window for roof, siding and driveway work, since surfaces need time to dry between rains for the cleaner to work properly. Gutter cleaning we do year-round; it actually works better in light rain. We will not book outdoor jobs in heavy weather, and we will reschedule if conditions change.
