Trident is a small Greater Vancouver crew that has been quietly cleaning Metro homes for years. We use soft-wash where soft-wash belongs, full pressure only where the surface can take it, and we walk every job in English or 中文, whichever you prefer.

Why we do this

The Pacific Northwest punishes exterior surfaces

Greater Vancouver gets six wet months. Moss that does not quit. Algae mats in the shaded valleys behind north-facing gables. Streets of three-storey townhouse strata with roof faces nobody is reaching with a garden hose. A growing population of homeowners and property managers who would rather hire someone careful than someone fast.

We work for that crowd. The job, done with the right method, by a crew that will pick up the phone when you have a question afterward.

Soft-wash where soft-wash belongs

Low pressure on shingles, cedar, painted siding, stucco and Hardie. Full pressure only on concrete, pavers, and retaining walls that can handle it. Method follows the substrate, not the brochure.

Service in your language

English or 中文, your choice

Estimate, on-site walk and invoice all happen in the language you prefer. Most of our Richmond, Burnaby and Vancouver West Side jobs come through Mandarin-speaking owners who want a crew that will not switch languages mid-conversation.

Honest about scope

Smaller scope, better job

If a job is outside our skill set (heritage masonry, three-storey commercial above our ladder ceiling, biohazard remediation), we say so and point you to the right team. We would rather lose the work than mishandle it.

How we work

From phone call to walk-back

    Phone walk

    You call. We ask what you have got and what you have already tried. Most quotes are usable from the call alone.

  2. 02

    On-site if needed

    Bigger jobs, or anything we have not seen photos of, gets a free on-site visit. We walk the property with you, point out what we would do and what we would skip.

  3. 03

    Method-matched plan

    Written scope with the technique per surface: soft-wash here, pressure here, hand-scrub here. Estimate valid for 30 days.

  4. 04

    Walk-back at done

    Day-of, the crew walks the work with you before packing up. A week later, we check in once surfaces have dried, in case anything surprised you.

All 10 Greater Vancouver cities, every property type that fits

Coverage is genuinely all of Metro. The work mix shifts by city: Richmond and Burnaby lean townhouse-strata; West Vancouver, North Vancouver and the Vancouver West Side are detached-home territory; Surrey, Langley and Delta split between detached and townhouse. Single-family homes, townhouse strata, low-rise commercial and storefronts are all in scope. Mid-rise and high-rise are not, and we will tell you so on the call rather than waste a site visit.

Equipment + safety

The kit and the care that goes with it

Soft-wash rigs with calibrated low-pressure tips, surface-cleaner machines for driveways, pure-water poles for windows, ladders rated for the job, harnesses on every steep-pitch roof. Licensed and insured for residential and light-commercial work in British Columbia.

Plant beds get rinsed and covered before solution goes on the wall above them. The detergents we use are biodegradable and rinse clear, which is why your dog can be back in the yard the same afternoon.
