Greater Vancouver service areas
Trident covers all 10 Greater Vancouver cities with bilingual pressure-washing and soft-wash crews. Every city below has its own anchor page with neighbourhood detail, the local climate angle, and the property mix that shapes the work there. Quoted in English or 中文.
Vancouver & North Shore
The West Side detached belt and the rainforest edge
Vancouver itself plus the two North Shore cities cover the highest-density and the wettest residential blocks in Greater Vancouver. The maintenance plan changes per sub-area, but the bilingual service does not.

Kerrisdale, Dunbar, Marpole, Shaughnessy, Mount Pleasant and the West Side.

Tree canopy in the city, plateau elevation on the mountain
The Burrard slope through Burnaby and the Coquitlam plateau share a defining feature: deep tree cover that slows down roof drying and fills gutters faster than most of Greater Vancouver.
Richmond & Delta
Flat Fraser delta, marine air, townhouse density
Both cities sit on the Fraser delta with the river or bay on multiple sides. Richmond brings townhouse strata at scale; Delta brings the three sub-areas of Tsawwassen, Ladner and North Delta with their own characters.
Surrey, White Rock & Langley
South of Fraser: drier, brighter, more new builds
The south-of-Fraser cities sit in a noticeably drier and sunnier zone, with the South Surrey luxury detached blocks, the White Rock beach community, and the Langley acreage and Willoughby new-build wave as the headline work.
Surrey
Morgan Creek, Crescent Beach, Ocean Park, Elgin Chantrell, Grandview Heights.

Three questions we hear about coverage
-
Do you charge a travel premium for the North Shore or Langley?
No. Trident is a Greater Vancouver service-area business and we do not add a separate travel line to the quote, whether the job is in Marpole or Walnut Grove. We group jobs by sub-area when we can, which means the quoted week depends partly on what is already booked nearby. If your project is truly time-sensitive we will tell you upfront.
-
Is there a minimum job size?
No formal minimum, but most single-trip residential visits make sense above roughly $400 of work given setup, water, and the equipment. A single small repair (one downspout, one short walkway) we will often roll into a larger job nearby rather than schedule on its own. Townhouse strata projects price per building, not per unit.
-
Which cities do you serve weekly?
Richmond, Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey and the North Shore are part of the rotating weekly schedule. Coquitlam, Delta, White Rock and Langley come into the schedule based on demand, typically within a week or two of an estimate. We have not turned down a city in Greater Vancouver yet; we plan our routes around the load.
