Gutter cleaning across Greater Vancouver
Vancouver gutters fill faster than almost anywhere in Canada. The combination of mature tree canopy, six straight months of rain, and the Douglas-fir needles that get into everything means a gutter system that was clear in August can be a slow-flowing mess by November. We pull the debris out by hand, flush the downspouts, and check the gutter line for sagging, separation or fascia rot, the problems that turn a cheap maintenance call into a repair bill.

Best done twice a year on tree-heavy properties: once after the bigleaf maples drop in late October, again in early spring once the conifers have finished shedding. We work off ladders and roofs as the property allows. If gutter guards make sense for your home we will say so; if they don't, we won't sell them to you.
