Window cleaning across Greater Vancouver
We clean windows with pure-water poles: deionised water through a soft-bristle brush at the end of a carbon-fibre pole. The water dries spotless because there is nothing in it to leave a streak, and the pole keeps the technician safely on the ground for two- and three-storey homes. Glass comes out clear, frames and sills get a wipe-down, and nothing involves an extension ladder propped against a fragile bay window.

Streak-free is the deliverable. We squeegee the interior glass with a traditional T-bar, then move outside to the pure-water pole. The inside and outside finishes don't quite match by method, but they match by result. Skylights and fragile leaded glass get a hand-wash with a soft cloth. The whole visit usually fits inside two to three hours on a typical home.
